I recently finished painting “Bodie Island Lighthouse At Sunset”. It is my favorite piece so far. I traveled to the Outer Banks of North Carolina this summer and my mother took a picture of the lighthouse just as the sun was setting and the light was coming on. I loved the colors and the scene so much that I decided to paint it. It is on display and for sale in the Jailhouse Gallery in Morganton, NC right now. However, please let me know if you are interested in buying it. It is at the gallery along with 2 more of my most recent paintings, “Setting Sail” and “Morning Fog”.
